Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this agreement. Understanding these definitions will help you read and apply the remaining sections of these Terms & Conditions accurately.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bp44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bp44 or any other gaming platform.
• You are not accessing bp44 on behalf of any third party or as an agent of any other person.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are aware that gambling involves real financial risk.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of bp44 or any of its associated game providers.
• You have not previously had a bp44 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

bp44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned, with any associated winnings forfeited.

Account Registration & Verification

Each Player may hold exactly one account on bp44. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. bp44 relies on the information you submit to administer your account, process payments, and verify your identity. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any point thereafter is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to. This address will be used for all account communications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations.
• You must choose a secure password. bp44 recommends a password of at least 10 characters containing a mix of upper-case and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters.
• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, and a contact mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You must confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the bp44 Privacy Policy before completing registration.

KYC Verification

bp44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC verification is mandatory before a Player's first withdrawal and may be triggered at any time at bp44's discretion. Required documents typically include:

• A clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
• A selfie or live photo verification as requested by the bp44 compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bp44 may result in withdrawal processing being paused until documentation is received and reviewed. bp44 will not unreasonably delay KYC decisions; Players will be notified of the outcome within 5 business days of submitting complete documentation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bp44 login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify bp44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bp44 will never ask you for your password via email or live chat.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bp44 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bp44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bp44 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance.
• bp44 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bp44 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made from a payment account not registered in the Player's own name will be declined and returned to the originating account.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• bp44 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when KYC verification is pending.
• A Player may not withdraw funds that have been credited as Bonus Funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• bp44 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 within a 7-day period.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or system exploitation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the full balance.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

bp44 offers promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions aligned with the Bangladesh Premier League, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus offers are available to eligible Players aged 18 and above who hold a verified bp44 account in good standing.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be claimed within the promotional window specified on the relevant offer page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited at the expiry of the validity period.
• bp44 applies a maximum bet restriction of ৳500 per spin or round when a Player holds an active Bonus Funds balance. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in winnings being voided.
• Bonus Funds are allocated separately from real-money balance. Real-money balance is wagered first unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• bp44 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus offer at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion.

Bonus Abuse

bp44 actively monitors for patterns of behaviour that indicate bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic eligibility restrictions, placing low-risk or mathematically predictable bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bp44 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards set out in this section. These obligations exist to protect all Players, the integrity of the platform, and the fair operation of every game and betting market on bp44.

Your Obligations

• You must ensure that all information provided to bp44 — at registration and thereafter — is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must use bp44 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• You must notify bp44 promptly if you become aware of any error in a game outcome, odds display, or account balance. You may not exploit any such error.
• You must comply with responsible gaming limits you have set for yourself and not attempt to circumvent self-imposed restrictions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bp44 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on bp44.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with bp44 games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using bp44 as a mechanism for money laundering or financial crime.
• Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, or mispriced odds to extract value from the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation in relation to markets offered on bp44.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bp44 staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bp44 systems, databases, or other Players' accounts.
• Providing false identification documents during the KYC verification process.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, data compilations, and other materials published on or accessible through the bp44 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bp44 or its licensed content providers. This includes, without limitation, all game content supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and all other third-party studios whose games are accessible via bp44.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bp44 for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bp44 platform without express written consent from bp44.
• You must not frame, mirror, or scrape the bp44 website or any portion of its content.
• The bp44 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Use of these marks in any context — digital or physical — without prior written authorisation from bp44 is strictly prohibited.
• Game content, including graphics, soundtracks, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract game assets is a violation of both these Terms & Conditions and applicable intellectual property law.

bp44 actively monitors for unauthorised use of its intellectual property and will take appropriate legal action against any person or entity found to be infringing its rights.

Account Suspension & Closure

bp44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Common grounds for account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• A legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Voluntary Account Closure

A Player may request voluntary closure of their bp44 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request from a verified account holder, bp44 will process any remaining real-money balance to the Player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are in progress.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion can be initiated directly from within your account settings for periods ranging from 24 hours to 12 months, or on a permanent basis. Once a self-exclusion is active, bp44 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching the excluded Player and will block access to the platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bp44's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bp44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of access to your account during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
